There are 2 questions I keep getting about the webinar:
——————————————————

==> What if I can’t make it to the webinar?

You need to try and make it to the live webinar because I’m announcing a special GIVE-AWAY to those who are LIVE…so be there LIVE to get a head start!

But if you can’t, REGISTER ANYWAY! Technology being what it is, I can’t guarantee a replay, but if we are able to record the webinar, ONLY PEOPLE WHO REGISTER FOR THE WEBINAR WILL GET THE REPLAY LINK!

http://www.1shoppingcart.com/app/?Clk=2326678

==> What if I can’t afford the phone call?

Use the webinar link to watch the webinar and use Skype to listen to the webinar. Skype is a cheap downloadable software that will enable your computer to make long-distance calls (and international calls) - you listen with headphones through your headphone jack on your computer. Just type “Skype” into Google to see their rates.

If you are having trouble with time zone conversions (especially my international friends), here is a cool tool to use:
http://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/converter.html

You can use Los Angeles, California, USA for my time zone.

———————————-
What Steve & I will cover on the webinar:
———————————-

- The schedule you can follow to teach your children how to research, write, publish and sell their own ebook.

- The 4 biggest obstacles that stand between your kids and a completed ebook or info product

- How an ordinary person or teenager without extraordinary talent or skills can
create an information product that will sell like hotcakes!

- How a homeschool mom of three created a $27 ebook and made
$11,206 in her first 19 days almost by magic!

- The 6 steps to creating a “Can’t Miss” information product, and
how each step plays a specific role for neutralizing the risk of
starting an online business!

- As many different ideas for an information product as we can
squeeze into a 60 minute webinar!

Bottom Line…

On this 70-minute Webinar, you’ll discover more
about how your kids can create their very own information product
and how to put ALL of this on AUTO-PILOT so you & your kids can spend time doing what really matters to your family… reaching out to others and enjoying family/friends

In case my last messages to you didn’t make it, I’m sending this final reminder about tonight’s one-time-only webinar.

You can get the full story here:

Is Your Child Ready?

Filed under: Entrepreneurs — Kerry @ 11:20 am

I interrupt our Easter week celebration to bring you the announcement I promised on Monday.

——————————-

On Monday I told you I had an announcement about a new course Steve & I will release in a couple of weeks. Today’s the day for my announcement.
How to Write an Ebook

Over the past few years we discovered that many of our readers are looking for ways to get more control and freedom over their lives. At the same time, they desperately want to prepare their children for the real world by homeschooling. We are connecting both of those ideas into our new course.

Just what do I mean?

Steve pulled together a course that you can use as a homeschool elective. While you and your children work through the course, you will discover ways to gain control over your lives and gain more freedom in your day-to-day activities - with Real Life Skills. Over time, you and your children can easily start to see “passive income” that rolls in while you enjoy more time with your family & friends.

We’ve been using these concepts in our homeschool and with our family the past 4 years. Here’s what’s really cool:

=======================================
1. Our kids are learning real life skills: writing articles, writing books, balancing checkbooks, creating websites, making videos, solving customer concerns and much more.

2. While we are skiing, snowmobiling, scrapbooking, cooking, or watching our kids’ basketball/football/softball game, we are making money…and we aren’t even in our home office.
=======================================

With it all, our kids are learning there is a balance in life. There is a time to work hard applying the skills God has given them. There is also a time to play hard and have fun with your family & friends while still earning an income..

How is this possible?

When you or your children write an ebook and put it online to sell, you begin to create passive income. Passive income is money that comes in whether or not you go to work. In our homeschool, this concept is a “Required Course”.

========================================
How can you learn more about preparing your children for the real world?

How can you teach real life skills to your children?
========================================

Steve created some videos to show you exactly what we do, how we do it and how to avoid the mistakes we made along the way. The top video tells our story. If you scroll down there are 2 more videos that will give you tons of strategies to get started.

This is fre.e information for you to use now. Don’t wait go here right now:

Integrate Christmas into Homeschool

Filed under: Raising Leaders, Christmas, Entrepreneurs, Homeschooling, Holiday — Kerry @ 5:57 pm

Thanks for all the kind Thanksgiving greetings over the weekend.  The turkey I told you about was delicious…and so was everything else!

This year you have 4 weeks between Thanksgiving & Christmas which means you have some extra time :-)   Befor that time disappears from us, I wanted to share with you!

First of all, my son just finished making 96 marshmallow guns to sell on our website.  Since you are on my list, I just had to tell you about them.  Even if you don’t buy one, you can use this story as a lesson in your homescshool…I promise!

He is making some extra Christmas money and offering a bulk discount if you decide to buy them for all your children, nieces, nephews, grandchildren, or your hubby.  I had a friend that bought one for each of her sons, her husband and her brother-in-law.  I bet they had a huge marshmallow fight on Christmas day.

Here’s the link to read & see the guns:
>>> Marshmallow Gun

If you want to see them in action, check out Hunter’s youtube video right here:
Hunter’s Mighty Marshmallow Gun

BTW, these guns made a great homeschool project.  Here’s why:

1.  Hunter wrote an article describing how to build & shoot a marshmallow gun.  If you want to see it, go to google.  Cut & paste:  how to build & shoot a marshmallow gun

You will find Hunter’s article on links 1, 2, 4, 6, 7, 9, 10.  In other words, you click 7 of the links on google and land on his article.  That means he’s a published author and he had to learn how to get his articles on the first page of google.

Homeschooling Tip:
  This is Writing

2.  Hunter had to buy the materials and calculate the price so he wouldn’t lose money on the transaction.

Homeschooling Tip:  This is Math!

3.  Hunter had to build these guns and paint them.  He is able to do all of it by himself (except the chop saw) because his Dad taught him how to do it 2 years ago.

Homeschooling Tip:  Life Skills in Action!

4.  Hunter had to change edit his marshmallow gun webpage to reflect the bulk prices.  He is still learning how to do his own pages.

Homeschooling Tip:  This is Computer Education - More Life Skills in Action!

5.  Hunter painted his guns while Steve & I were away for a weekend conference.  He had to show responsibility and initiative to get these done.  I was glad he painted them, but a little surprised when I saw them still sitting on their tarp on our driveway.  I quickly learned the first set sat on our driveway for a couple of days until he started the second batch.

I can’t complain too much because 2 years ago, we had to beg him to finish painting them.  Now he at least gets the job completed, even if he takes a couple of days to clean up.

Homeschooling Tip:  This is Character Development!

I hope Hunter’s marshmallow gun experience has given you some ideas with your own children and your homeschool.  Take a minute and share those ideas by posting a comment right here!

And DON’T FORGET to at least take a look at Hunter’s gun.
