Did You Ask This?

With Valentine’s Day just around the corner, I have a really cool Valentine Contest for you to enter. More on that in a bit.

We returned from an awesome trip to Texas last week. In case you didn’t hear, we offered Family Business workshops in Houston, Austin & San Antonio. I’ll be posting pictures later this week…once I get help posting digital pics.
I also learned about a classical homeschool conference near Houston. It’s also listed here on my blog!

Then, it was back to reality . . . housework, homeschool & work-work. I had a really cool interview last Thursday, by a really cool guy (my hubby, Steve). We talked about ways to use eBay to teach your children entrepreneurials skills and to make an extra income in your home. I had so much fun sharing what I’ve learned.

Since that interview, many of you have emailed questions about eBay and our upcoming FamilyEbiz Expo in San Antonio (a really FUN place). Let me share a few answers to the questions we keep getting every day. Then, I’ll share some terrific Valentine ideas & a Valentine contest for you to win a $20 gift certificate.

Question 1: When will you have another live seminar like the FamilyEbiz Expo?

At this time, I don’t know. I’m not trying to evade the question, but I really don’t know if & when we will do another live seminar. The current FamilyEbiz Expo has taken a lot of time to prepare & plan…time away from my family so you can learn some of the ways we have been successful online.

The soonest we would do another live seminar is next year, 2008. I’ll keep you posted on what we decide.

Question 2: Is the FamilyEbiz Expo worth the money, especially for my teen’s education?

To answer this question, I have to know a little bit about you and whether or not you will implement what you learn. If you’re the type that gets a kick-in-the-pants from all you learn and starts working the day you get home…YES! The Expo is definitely worth every penny you spend.

If you bring your teenager (which I think is the perfect way to attend the Expo), your teen should go home with tons of ideas to implement. But, be careful! Most teenagers still need guidance, support and encouragement from you to follow through with an online business. I do believe the tuition to bring your teen is an excellent way to gain business credit in your homeschool!

That said, you must realize that you will not learn e verything there is to know about an internet business in 2 days. That’s impossible. Why? Hey…I’m always learning new concepts about our internet businesses. I love learning new ideas and techniques that I can use to help my customers like you. I even expect to learn a new tip or two at the FamilyEbiz Expo on Feb 23-24, 2007 in San Antonio.
